Moringa

Moringa oleifera, also known as the drumstick tree, is a highly nutritious vegetable native to South Asia. The leaves, pods, flowers, and seeds of the moringa tree are all edible and highly nutritious. Moringa leaves are rich in vitamins A, C, and E, calcium, potassium, and protein. They are also a good source of antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties.
